The Vital A's Boot Camp — Build Your Studio's Plan | Kathy Covington
The Vital A's Boot Camp · For studio owners

You found your weakest pillar.
Now build the plan.

One focused morning where you run the full five-pillar diagnostic on your own studio — and walk out with a prioritized, sequenced action plan built around it. Not a generic template. Yours.

The webinar showed you which pillar is cracked. The Boot Camp is where you go inside, find out why, and learn the right order to fix all five so the work actually holds.

One focused morning

Walk in with a hunch. Walk out with a plan.

What the Boot Camp is

The webinar was the map. This is where you walk the territory.

In the webinar, you scored your studio in two minutes and felt which pillar was weakest. The Boot Camp is where you go inside and do the real inspection — a complete, honest assessment across all five pillars, deep this time, with me guiding you.

You won't just find your weakest pillar. You'll understand why it's weak, what's underneath it, and — the part you can't do alone from inside the building — the right order to address all five so the work actually holds. You leave with a plan on paper, not a page of notes.

How the morning works

Diagnose all five. Then go deep on what's load-bearing.

Phase One — Diagnose

Score every pillar, honestly

We walk all five pillars purely to assess them. For each, I show you what good looks like and name the common gaps — then you score it and write your real gap in the workbook. No solutions yet, on purpose.

You end with five honest scores and five named gaps.
Phase Two — Go Deep

Work your weakest, up close

Now you circle your lowest one or two and do focused solution work — on your pillars, not all five — using a single repeatable method you'll keep for good: Name it. Trace it. Move it.

You leave with the highest-leverage move for each.

Scoring everything before fixing anything means the teaching order is just teaching order — never a ranking. Your weakest pillar is yours. One owner's is YIELD; another's is TRUST.

Phase One — the full diagnostic

In Block 1, you score all five

Each pillar gets the same beat: what good looks like, the common cracks, your score, your gap named in your own words.

Phase Two — your tool for the deep dive

Name it. Trace it. Move it.

One method, taught once, that you run on your own weakest pillar — and on any pillar long after the Boot Camp.

i.

Name it

Get specific. Not "my marketing's weak" but the exact gap: "I don't know what percent of inquiries become clients, because no one tracks it." A vague gap can't be fixed. A named one can.

ii.

Trace it

Ask why until you hit the root. Almost every weak pillar traces to one of three things: a missing system, a missing decision, or a missing standard — and sometimes to an earlier pillar that isn't built yet.

iii.

Move it

Find the single highest-leverage move — the one change that makes the most else easier. Not ten fixes. The load-bearing one. The test: "if I did only one thing here this quarter, which makes the rest easier?"

Block 3 — why order is everything

Fix the earliest crack, not just the biggest

Vital
Built
Trust
Scale
Yield

Start from your five scores. Find your weakest pillar. Then check: is an earlier pillar in the sequence also weak? If so, start there — the later one is leaning on it. A worked example: your lowest score is SCALE, but BUILT is weak too. BUILT comes first — because pouring more clients into a studio that still runs on you just accelerates the burnout.

A weak foundation makes everything above it harder.

Who's leading it

I built this the slow, expensive way.

I founded Mantra Pilates and grew it from a single studio into a multi-location brand over fourteen years — and for a long stretch of that, the studio ran entirely on me. The five pillars are the framework I used to change that, learned through more than a decade of trial and error.

The Boot Camp hands you, in one morning, the diagnostic it took me years to figure out — run on your studio, with me guiding, so you leave with the plan I wish I'd had at the start.

Before you decide

Questions, answered

Is this live, or a recorded course?

It's live. One virtual morning, in real time with me and a small cohort of other studio owners — not a pre-recorded course you work through alone. You'll also get lifetime access to the recording to revisit afterward.

What if I can't make the date?

You'll get the full session recording to keep, so nothing is lost. That said, the live working time — the scoring, the deep dive, the cohort — is where the real value is, so come live if you possibly can.

Do I need to prepare anything?

A little. After you enroll, we'll send a short prep: your five-pillar self-assessment and a rough sense of your numbers — monthly revenue, team size, hours you're personally on the floor. A ballpark is fine. You'll use it from the first block.

Who is this for?

Studio owners who've felt which pillar is cracked and want a real, prioritized plan to fix it — in the right order. If your studio still leans on you to hold it up, this is built for you.

How big is the cohort?

Small, on purpose. The cohort is kept intentionally limited so the room stays tight, the polls feel communal, and you get real attention while you work. When a cohort fills, that date closes.

Your next step

One morning. A plan built around your studio. $197.

Walk out with five real scores, your gaps named, and a sequenced plan you can start on tomorrow. That's the whole job.
