Owner Reset
Identity, time audit, and a written 10-year picture of the studio you actually want.
Owner identity, decade-out
clarity, and the offer
architecture that earns the
price tag.
The numbers that actually run
the business — LTV, churn,
instructor margin, cash
position.
Brand, content, and the
founder-led story that fills the
schedule before discounting
does.
Acquisition systems, intro
offers, retention loops, and
the ascension path to highe
r-ticket.
Team, SOPs, and leadership
rhythms that move the studio
without the owner in the seat.
Identity, time audit, and a written 10-year picture of the studio you actually want.
The full value ladder — intro through premium — designed to ascend, not discount.
The only metrics that run a studio. We build your dashboard live.
Repricing the schedule, instructor pay model, and protecting the gross.
The narrative engine — written, on camera, and in the feed.
A weekly content rhythm the studio can actually keep without you posting at 10pm.
The 21-day intro funnel, copy, and conversion choreography.
Onboarding, milestone rituals, and the win-back sequence.
Moving members up the ladder — private sessions, programs, and mastermind-style offers.
Hiring, the studio manager role, and the weekly leadership rhythm.
The operating manual — built, recorded, and handed off in week eleven.
Plan the next 12 months as a CEO. Public commitment. Cohort capstone.
Cohort Tuition
Per Seat
Or 3 payments of $2,800 over the twelve weeks.
Before
Owner running every shift, every schedule, every problem.
After
A studio manager and a leadership rhythm — the owner out of daily operations.
Before
Pricing set by what “feels fair” to long-time members.
After
A repriced value ladder with intro, core, and premium offers that actually ascend.
Before
Marketing happens when the schedule looks light.
After
A content engine and intro-offer funnel running on a calendar, not on panic.
Before
Numbers checked once a quarter, mostly with a wince.
After
A six-metric dashboard reviewed weekly — and decisions made from it.
One
A short application about your studio, your numbers, and what you want twelve weeks to change.
Two
A 30-minute call to confirm fit — both directions. No pitch.
Three
If accepted, you’ll receive a seat offer within 48 hours. Tuition secures the seat.
Four
A pre-work week before the cohort starts — vitals dump, owner audit, and your kickoff 1:1 with Kathy.
Five
Week one opens. You walk into the room already moving.
Questions, Answered
It’s not required, but most accepted owners come through the Boot Camp. If you haven’t, your application will include a few extra questions so we can confirm the Mastermind is the right room for where you are.
Plan for 4–6 hours: one 90-minute live session, one 60-minute lab, plus implementation. The program is built for owners who are already running studios, not full-time students.
Each seat is for one owner-operator. Partners and managers can join select sessions as guests, and the Vault is licensed to your studio.
Yes. Pay in full at $8,000, or three payments of $2,800 over the twelve weeks.
Your seat can be deferred once to the following cohort with no penalty.
